Fell down but get up

“When you fell down, get up and move on immediately.”
(Quote from a Lecturer)

When we were young
We fall down and we cried
We had wounds on hands or legs
It recovered in short period of time

When we grow up
We fell down too
We do not cry but we have tears in our eyes
We have wounds deep inside our heart
The wounds are invisible

It doesn’t matter how many times we fell down
Just remember to get up and keep moving on
When we experience failures
Do not get disappointed but try harder and harder
A person who does not have failures
Is a person who never tries

Success is not a destination or an outcome
It is a journey with unexpected failures

Now I fell down and hurt myself
I need some time to get up
I need encouragement to continue my journey

宁静的夜晚,是心灵沉静的最好时刻;
仰望的蓝天,是心灵向往的海阔天空;
回荡的浪声,是最原始又无染的旋律;
落下的流星,是等待希望实现的起点;

A New Movational Book

Finally I managed to find it, a new motivational book for myself
“Journey To Space” by Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor
Malaysia’s first Angkasawan

I have been searching for this book since last year
Finally I bought it by mail and it reached my hand last week
It costs me for almost RM100 for a hardcover book and DVD
However, it is definitely worth the money

Why did he dream to become an astronaut?
How could he become an astronaut?
What challenges did he face throughout the program?
How was the life in the International Space Station? How dangerous is it?
How the Earth looked like when he looked from space?
These answers are all found in his book

I wish to get some motivation and inspiration from his book
He proved us it is nothing wrong to dream
We should dare to dream and put our effort to achieve it

I love his motto:
When the mind believes, the body can achieve
He has done his country proud of him

"Journey to Space" by Dr Sheikh Muszaphar
Full of motivation and inspiration

 Dr Sheikh's signature ~ yeah!!!

Shining For The Star (2008) by Dr Sheikh's late brother
Touching story among five brothers
